MISSION STATEMENT

It is the company's mission to provide middle-income families with newly renovated, affordable housing in the local area. In this effort, the company will work with families to achieve financing for these homes and provide them with individual attention to their specific situations. The intent is to rebuild older homes and make them affordable for those in need.  Rebuilding neglected areas of the community will not only benefit the appearance of these areas, but raise the property values as well.

The company's founder is Jose R Mendoza, who has numerous years of management experience. This experience will provide the platform for a fundamentally sound managed company.
